AN OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY
MONTA Lackieranlagen GmbH was founded in 1989 in the Swabian region of Kusterdingen, Germany, and throughout its 30 years it has developed and produced hundreds of systems to meet various requirements in the surface treatment sector. A perfect combination of years of experience and outstanding technical expertise gives rise to tailor-made systems that win users over with their efficiency and eco-friendliness. Requirements given by customers from a huge range of industries and individual preferences form the basis for the planning and development of every MONTA system. Flexibly compiled project teams use creativity and dedication to come up with innovative solutions that work in practice.
With the northern sales office in Melle, Lower Saxony, set up in 2014, we are now close by to serve customers in the very north of Germany.

THE HISTORY OF THE COMPANY
1986 MONTA Assembly Service for Industrial Systems set up as a sole proprietorship company in Reutlingen, Germany.
1989 Entered into the Commercial Register as a GmbH (limited company). Services: Complete assembly and launch services with a performance record of large, complex paint systems, as a subcontractor for renowned paint system manufacturers.
1993 Name changes to MONTA Lackieranlagen GmbH. Service: Sale, design, manufacturing and assembly of paint systems.
1994 Branch founded in Kusterdingen, Germany.
1998 Another production hall rented to manufacture and pre-assemble crack testing systems.
2009 Alexander Blum steps up to become the company’s second generation director.
2014 25-year anniversary of the company. Northern sales branch founded.
2016 MONTA Electronics department founded to expand in-house vertical manufacturing serviceability.
Today we are a supplier of fully automated crack testing systems for the automotive and aircraft industries, a supplier of paint systems for the car supplier industry, as well as a supplier of specialist sintering furnaces for the aluminum and plastics industries.
