DRYING

In the plastics and metalwork industries, heat treatment is an important part of any coating process. After the pretreatment stage, the parts to be coated are then fully dried in a retained water dryer.  In wet painting, the parts are dried in specially designed paint dryers, whereas in powder coating the powder paint must be cured in a powder curing oven. All of these processes required specific, precise, uniform temperatures in order to achieve a perfect result. Precise regulation and process control systems make the heat treatment process transparent and guarantee conditions that can be reproduced identically. Read more

For these drying processes, MONTA has been manufacturing and assembling high-performance, optimally insulated drying systems since 1998, offering a whole range of heating and ventilation options. All MONTA dryers are designed, constructed and produced according to the current DIN EN 1539 standards. By using airlocks and smart control systems, energy consumption can be effectively reduced.
